PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that
(i) You are at least 18 years of age,
(ii) You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation,
(iii) You will use this Website in accordance with this Agreement,
(iv) You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
(v) All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete.

You authorize Acapulco.com to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Acapulco.com for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Acapulco.com to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. Note that any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Acapulco.com, we understand that sometimes plans fall through. You can change or cancel your lodging booking online by following the link found in your reservation confirmation email or by calling +52 (744) 486-4488 from 9am to 6 pm CST from Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays.

Peak Season (Christmas, New Years, Easter)
Changes and Cancellations more than 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total
Changes and Cancellations less than 20 days prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.

High Season (January - March) & (July - August) & Holidays
Changes and Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival - 10% of total charge
Changes and Cancellations between 7 and 15 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge
Changes and Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.

Low Season (March - June) & (August - December)
Changes and Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival - 10% of total charge
Changes and Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival and No Shows - 1 night charge.

Note that service fees are non refundable and that there are no refunds for no shows or for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.

By confirming your reservation with Acapulco.com you agree to our terms and conditions as outlined above. You acknowledge reading and accepting our change and cancellation policy as stated. Your credit card will be charged according to the terms stated within.
All information, rates and/or prices are subject to availability, change and tax and service fee(s). Acapulco.com shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, misinformation, and misprints and shall be held totally harmless. Discount Rates are offered exclusively via Acapulco.com. These terms and conditions may not be changed by any unauthorized person, including employees of Acapulco.com.
